Concrete is the starting industry of the group. For many years, adhering to the principle of "putting trust first, winning with quality" and the concept of "quality first, environmental protection first", we have focused on professional production and poured green life.
Since its development, the enterprise has 13 advanced environmentally friendly concrete production lines, a technically advanced concrete transportation and pumping fleet, and professional contracting qualifications for pre mixed concrete. Its annual production capacity has reached 2 million cubic meters. We have achieved the goals of fully sealing the sand and gravel material yard, settling sewage from the sand and gravel separator, and zero discharge of sewage. We have also installed professional equipment for vehicle cleaning and dust monitoring, and invested a total of 44 million yuan in environmental protection and technical renovation.
Proficient in production processes such as lightweight ceramic aggregate concrete, steel waterproofing, steel fiber concrete, foam concrete, clear water wood grain concrete, UHPC ultra-high performance concrete, 850 degree heat-resistant concrete, expansion crack resistant concrete, acid alkali corrosion resistant concrete, underwater non dispersed concrete, self compacting concrete, anti floating weight concrete, permeable concrete, as well as the production of various grades of commercial concrete. At the same time, we can also professionally develop various types of concrete with special requirements according to customer needs.
We have supplied commercial concrete to nearly a thousand high-quality engineering projects, including the Rizhao Kuishan Comprehensive Passenger Station, Convention and Exhibition Center, Yellow Sea Eye, Kuishan Sports Center, Rizhao Science and Technology Museum, Rizhao People's Hospital Project, Rizhao Airport, Rizhao China Resources Center, Shanghai Port Center, Haiyun Smart Plaza Project, and Rizhao Center Project, becoming the preferred supplier of concrete for construction projects in Rizhao City.
The company is honored to be awarded as a director unit of Shandong Concrete and Cement Products Association and the president unit of concrete in Rizhao City. In 2007, our company's laboratory passed the metrology certification of the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision and obtained the CMA certificate, becoming the first private enterprise laboratory with the same testing capabilities as the Rizhao Quality Inspection Station. In June 2021, the company passed the China Green Building Materials Product Certification, becoming one of the first enterprises in the country and in the same industry to obtain the China Green Building Materials Product Certification. It was also rated as a 4A level credit enterprise.
