The group established Shandong Jinshan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. in 2022, named after the beautiful meaning of "Rizhao Jinshan". It is a professional enterprise engaged in steel structure processing and manufacturing. We mainly undertake steel structure projects related to steel frame construction, industrial and mining factories, environmental protection equipment, steel pipe trusses, wind power, bridges, metallurgy, and chemical systems.
The company currently has more than 70 employees, including 10 management personnel and dozens of TEKLA detailed drawing deepening technical personnel. Establish a 42000 square meter production workshop, an outdoor gantry crane site of over 20000 square meters, and more than 50 types of lifting cranes, with a maximum designed single lifting capacity of 50T. Purchase multiple sets of advanced domestic steel structure processing equipment, among which laser cutting equipment is currently far ahead of other domestic peers.
At present, the company has one horizontal assembly production line for steel profiles, one light steel production line, one box assembly production line, and one intelligent secondary steel processing line, which can achieve annual production and processing of over 30000 tons of light and heavy steel. Breaking away from traditional production processes and ways of thinking, adhering to the principle that "science and technology, high-tech equipment are the primary productive forces, and digital management is the mainstay", we have reached strategic partnerships with equipment enterprises such as Hongshan Laser and Kaiserui.
